Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all comic book orders within 3-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected delivery method. Berserk Comic Productions is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of BCP's reasonable control. Standard shipping rates apply unless a promotional offer is active at the time of purchase.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the limited production quantities of BCP products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Berserk Comic Productions within 7 days of delivery at your email address, including your order number and photographs of the issue. If the issue is verified, BCP will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. BCP is not responsible for damage caused after delivery or for normal wear and tear.
